How to purchase Old 3C downloads
Old 3C works with the good folks at IODA to supply MP3s and other downloadable audio files
to a wide variety of on-line vendors, including Apple iTunes, eMusic, and the Amazon MP3 store. Please visit these vendors (or many others out there in cyberspace) to get your legal download on. Viva la capitalism y'all.

Here's where we provide some answers to your burning and insightful questions.

1) Why the heck don't you have any more Great Plains 2-CD sets? Well, that's a long story. Basically, we licensed that release to Nu Gruv Alliance (in SF) to manufacture and distribute. Things went pretty well for a while, but then they went out of business and destroyed all their stock -- without giving any of us labels the opportunity to get our grubby hands on our releases. So, we have none to sell, and those retail folks that did order the release seem to be all out too. And yes, indie-rock is a very scummy business, and you'd be well-advised to stay away from it. Final note: we've now made this release available as a 2-CDR set, so order away, punk.

2) What's with the CDR releases -- too cheap to do real pressings? My you are perceptive, aren't you? The answer here is also potentially long-winded, so let's just say that working with small one-stop distributors that have a thousand other obscure releases to sell has proven less-than-profitable for us. If we could actually get decent national distribution, we would do larger pressings. But as that's not likely at this time, we'll mostly stick with the small-edition CDR releases (along with some larger-scaled releases). Besides, quality is always more important that quantity -- don't you agree? Another final note: you can get all of our stuff on-line anyhow, which is much better than going to the mall or some such thing.

3) Where did the Old 3C name come from? If you were a Great Plains fan, you'd know the answer to that question. It is the name of Ohio's state route that used to connect Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati prior to the now truck-infested interstates. You figure it out from there.

4) Can I send you a demo of by my rockin' band? Hey, we can't stop you -- but shouldn't you be sending that to a real label?

Got any other questions? Please send them to Paul Nini at info@old3c.com.
